According to the U.S. Census Bureau, 77% of the population speaks only English as of 2024.

That means that your current English-language forms might miss reaching 23% of the audience that you easily could be, if only your forms spoke their language.

TranslatorOurs do!

There’s a simple, tiny device (they’re called ‘widgets’) sitting at the top of each of our forms. If one of your users feels more comfortable with a different language, all they need to do is click the EN widget.

Once they do, a dropdown list of 108 different languages appears. When they find the one they desire, a single click will immediately change all the text on your form to the language they’ve selected.

They can then complete your form in its entirety, confident that they understand everything they’re reading (you can see how that differs from a non- or poor English-speaking user trying their best to complete an English-only form).

Here’s where it gets good. Because, in our system the form your user fills out and submits is not the same one that comes in to your staff.

Instead, the entire body of the form that comes back to you remains in English, no matter what language your user saw. Your staff will treat it just like any other form submission.

This is where you’re miles ahead of agencies that might post forms built in English and Spanish, for example, on their websites. It works great for their Spanish-speaking users, but when the form is returned their staff had better be fluent in Spanish to work with it. And how about all the other languages out there?
