Our program contains a wide variety of features, designed to help provide you (and your users) with the best secure form experience they’ve ever had.
And if you’re dealing with the 21st Century IDEA act, you’ll be happy to know that the features below fulfill the requirements perfectly...
Responsive Design
Our forms will retain their ease of use and legibility no matter what size device your users are viewing them on. The form elements will restack themselves as the viewport changes in size, ensuring that all text and form fields remain the original size, and eliminating any need for horizontal scrolling.
RoundTrip©
Wouldn’t it be nice if your staff could add notes or comments to the forms your users submit? And have those forms saved as PDFs, usable by anyone in your office?
Our RoundTrip program displays only what you want your users to see on their form, and then when they submit it the version your office sees contains the areas available for your staff to complete – and then resubmit it to save it on the system.
Electronic Signatures
Users can add their signature to our forms with a stylus or their finger on a tablet or smartphone, or using their mouse pointer on a laptop or desktop. Multiple signatures can exist on the form (even on the same page), and will be embedded into the PDF you receive when the form is submitted. Electronic signatures can be set as required fields.
Document Uploads
Users can upload any requested documents just by selecting the digital file from within the form. It will then accompany the submitted form when sent to your office. A wide variety of document formats are usable in the system.
Save and Resume
Your users can stop form completion at any time and resume right where they left off – a great feature for overly long forms.
Language Translation
Your users can translate the entire contents of your form into any of 108 languages, with one key-click. Best of all, the submitted form comes back to you in English.
Anti-Spam Feature
Our server-side Javascript option can stop virtually all form Spam, and is totally invisible to your users.
Required Elements
Any form element (even checkboxes, radio buttons and signatures) can be marked as required, which will disallow submission if they’re left empty.
Conditional Logic
The answer to a form question can be used to hide or display a subsequent question, keeping the number of steps to a minimum (as well as reducing form user irritation).
Autofilled Duplicate Fields
Multi-page forms that require a user’s name (for example) on every page can have all subsequent occurrences of that field auto-filled by the system (or even have fields combined to create another field).
HIPAA Compliant Security
There’s no better way to ensure that every single entry on every single form submittal you receive is completely secure. Our system features end-to-end encryption, with all form data saved on a HIPAA-compliant server. It doesn’t get any better than this...
ADA – Fully Accessible
Our forms meet all the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Accessible forms are easy to understand, complete and submit. Instructions, cues, required form fields and field formatting requirements are clearly identified to users.

Form Security
Form data is encrypted throughout transmission from user submission to PDF viewing, as well as while at rest on our secure server.
Acknowledgements
An acknowledgement page that you can create on your website will be displayed to the user after a successful form submission.
Form Submission Formats
We’ve found the most usable (and most popular) format to be a PDF form, although plain text, two-column HTML, CSV (Excel®), XML and refilled custom templates (HTML, XML) are also available.
